Terms & Conditions

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availablity and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be responsible. Please refer to the Delivery & Returns page for further information.

L'Orjewe Ltd retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

Contact

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

Pricing & Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions & prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

Promotions & Discounts

We run a number of promotions and discounts codes throughout the year at our discretion. Discount codes must be entered at checkout to apply. Discount codes cannot be applied to previous or pending purchases. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount code. L'Orjewe reserves the right to edit or remove discounts and promotions at any time.

Customs & Duties

You (the customer) are liable for any customs and duties costs incurred when receiving your order. L'Orjewe Ltd will not pay them and if they are not paid your order will be returned to us.

Shade and Size

L'Orjewe Ltd reserve the right to make slight amendments to products on the website including differences in colour, shade and size. Once in receipt of goods the customer can return if not satisfied with the variations from website to actual article. The Customer's statutory rights will not be affected.

Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy tells you how we will use your personal information and details of this can be found at Privacy Policy. By using this website, you consent to using your personal data for the purpose of dispatching goods and related matters as described and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

Changes To Website

L'Orjewe Ltd reserve the right at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary any page of this website.

Returns Policy

If there is any reason that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, just return it to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please ensure you complete the Returns Form that is found on our Returns Page.

It is advisable to send the item by Recorded Delivery for your own records. Once item is received by L'Orjewe we will e-mail you within 5 working days of receipt.

If your item becomes faulty within 6 months of purchase we are able to assist with a refund or a replacement for your item, please contact us via email for further help. We are unable to refund or replace items purchased more than 6 months ago.

If item is unsuitable, delivery charges for return of the item will not be reimbursed. If item is faulty, then delivery charges will be reimbursed along with refund or exchange. Please contact us at lorjewe@gmail.com before sending your faulty return.

Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we cannot refund or replace any earrings. We are also not able to accept goods which have been removed from the packing card, unless they are faulty.
